The heptagram (also known as a septagram or septogram) is a seven-pointed star drawn with seven straight strokes, widely recognized as a powerful occult symbol. In Thelema, it is associated with Babalon—the Scarlet Woman, Great Mother, or Mother of Abominations—and appears in esoteric and modern occult traditions. Aleister Crowley also referred to its inverted form as the “Star of Babylon.”
