What is Dark Art & Craft?
Dark Art & Craft is an independent online art gallery and retailer specializing in dark, surreal, macabre, graphic, and metal-inspired art.
We collaborate with artists to produce art prints, limited editions, apparel, home goods, and other artist-designed products. We also feature contemporary artists alongside historic works and old masters.

If you are interested in working with Dark Art & Craft, the best way to reach us is through our contact page or social media.
Do you make your own prints?
Many of our fine art and limited-edition prints are produced through trusted printing partners in or near Cleveland, Ohio.
Some posters, apparel, home goods, and specialty products are produced by carefully selected third-party production partners.
Production location may vary depending on the product.
How long does it take to process my order?
Many of our products are made to order.
Most orders require approximately 3–8 business days for production and processing before shipment.
Some poster prints may be ready sooner, while framed prints, blankets, specialty products, limited editions, or custom items may require additional production time.
During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.
Where do you ship?
Dark Art & Craft currently ships to addresses within the United States and Canada.
We currently do not offer shipping to other countries.
Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
How do you ship orders?
We use USPS and other major carriers depending on the product, destination, package size, and available shipping service.
Fine art prints and posters are typically packaged in protective tubes or appropriate flat packaging. Framed artwork and larger products are packed in protective boxes and materials appropriate for the item.
Carrier information and tracking will be provided when available after your order ships.
How long will shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the product, and the shipping method available at checkout.
Please remember that production time and shipping time are separate. Many products require 3–8 business days of production time before shipment.
Canadian orders may require additional transit time due to customs processing.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the shipping label is created.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Some products may be too large for P.O. Box delivery.
For art prints, framed artwork, blankets, and other larger products, we recommend using a physical street address whenever possible.
If a carrier cannot deliver your package to the address provided, it may be held at a local carrier location or returned to the sender.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout.
Depending on your device and location, these may include major credit cards and supported accelerated payment methods.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and shipping destination.
The amount shown at checkout reflects the sales tax we are required to collect for that transaction.
Will Canadian orders have duties or import fees?
Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by Canadian authorities or shipping carriers.
These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless they are specifically included and shown at checkout.
Dark Art & Craft does not control charges imposed by customs authorities or carriers.
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Are any items non-returnable?
Certain products are generally not eligible for return, including:
- Original artwork
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Certain signed or limited-edition works when specifically stated on the product page
- Made to order products
If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at darkartcustomer@gmail.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipment
We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact darkartcustomer@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
Because many of our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after production has started.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Will the artwork look exactly like it does on my screen?
We make every effort to display artwork and products as accurately as possible.
However, colors can appear slightly different depending on your screen, monitor settings, printing process, paper, fabric, or other materials.
Small variations between the digital image and the finished physical product are normal and are not necessarily considered defects.
Are product dimensions exact?
We make every effort to provide accurate product dimensions.
Because of printing, cutting, framing, textile production, and other manufacturing processes, slight variations may occur.
Please review the dimensions listed on the individual product page before ordering.
Why do some art prints have borders?
Some artwork is printed on standard paper sizes, which may result in a border between the artwork and the edge of the paper.
This can make it easier to use commonly available ready-made or custom frames.
Please review the individual product images and description to see how the artwork is presented.
Do prints include a frame?
Only products specifically described as framed include a frame.
Unframed prints, posters, and fine art prints do not include a frame unless the product page specifically states otherwise.
Please review the product title, description, and available options before ordering.
Do you have a physical store?
Dark Art & Craft is primarily an online business and does not currently operate a permanent retail storefront.
We may participate in art exhibitions, music events, gallery shows, pop-ups, and other events where selected works are available in person.
