Organic Forms, The Art of DZO

Posted by Justin Meyers on

DZO is a French graphic designer, illustrator, and self-taught artist. His intricate artwork mimics engravings of religious and occult manuscripts and mixes them with mythic and dark themes. This cauldron of interests breeds an art fascinated with the natural and the unnatural. Incredibly detailed black ink drawings use the symbols of different cultures to illustrate DZO's vision. The regenerative cycle of life, birth through decay, is a common trait in his work.
